The ideal candidate has been an Executive Chef, with high end restaurant (Michelin Star) experience. Experience in hotels isn't essential, but you must have been managing at a high level, with excellent communication skills, and understand what 5* means in all aspects of your department. Developing and guiding your team is an integral part of your future success.

- 1 signature restaurant for 100 covers and private dinning for another 50

This is an incredibly rare opportunity to join an amazing and proactive 5*hotel brand. You will work closely with Sean Connolly, and the package on offer will reflect the high level of skill you can bring to the table!
- Base salary (NZ dollars) $150,000 - $195,000 Singapore dollars ($10,000 - $13,000 month) depending on your experience and exchange rate
- Every 12 months continual service you receive a bonus equivalent of 1 months salary
- Bare in mind you will pay less than 10% tax in Singapore on all your earnings…
