This will provide you with the opportunity to really get noticed and showcase your skills. Lead, develop, create new menus and fully manage.. the Owner is looking for a Sous Chef to help take control of this kitchen and run it as their own, so JUMP right in.
Engage with the guests to provide them with a unique dining experience. You will follow the latest food trends, and have the ability to handle pressure and adapt to change. This is an opportunity for you to show your skills and cuisine knowledge to New Zealand.
Using locally sourced farm and garden reared produce, guests are assured of exceptional and adventurous dining (this will be your greatest opportunity to get as creative as you can be)
*You will help lead this exciting team, and the package on offer will reflect this opportunity (Owners want you to get creative as possible)
- Full time / Permanent position paying $36 hour
*Please note you must be willing to relocate to the South Island, and be legally entitled to work in New Zealand when applying for this role. We are happy to look at kiwi's looking to return home from January 2025.
