Chef de Cuisine - $75,000 - $80,000 salary + Uniforms + Meals
Ideally you will be a qualified Sous Chef or higher with a minimum 3 years experience in this position, with references to back this up. This position offers the opportunity of long term employment, with genuine opportunities to grow with the team. Working alongside a passionate Executive Chef, the ideal candidates will have experience in multi-outlet venues that wants to learn and develop.
This kitchen is high volume and fast paced, with a fairly large menu. The businesses operate over 7 days with Thursday - Sunday being their busiest times, you would be required to be available these days most weeks.
