The ideal candidate will be hands-on, visible and approachable while ensuring customer service excellence.
*Reporting to the GM, you will help oversee a mixture of day and evening shifts, thus some flexibility around this 7 day a week operation is essential. No two weeks are the same, so being prepared and calm under pressure is essential.
This role could suit an experienced manager with knowledge in:
- Gaming Machine operations
- TAB operations
- Stock Control
- Staff Management
- Staff Training
A Duty Managers License, working knowledge of Health & Safety requirements and good HR practice will also be essential for success in this role.
