We are seeking capable and experienced professionals to join the team and have the below positions to fill. 

* Hotel Porter | fixed term role 6 month contract commencing mid October through to mid-April 2025. | minimum of 30 hours per week | $29 per hour.

Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for helping to oversee daily operations of this charming hotel and provide assistance as required to the Food & Beverage, Housekeeping and Maintenace departments.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Require a valid driver’s license (prefer full but restricted considered)
  • Duties will consist of shuttle pick up and drop off’s
  • Provide a positive guest experience ensuring guest comfort, safety & privacy.
  • Attend to guests' luggage and personal items on hotel arrival and checkout.
  • Assist with providing up to date information on local activities, places of interest and services. 
  • Provide assistance in all areas of the hotel operational services. 
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, reporting on any security or maintenance concerns.
* Room Attendant / Housekeeper Part Time | min of 20 hours per week | $27.10 per hour | Available to start asap.

Responsibilities Include:
  • Cleaning, servicing and preparing rooms for the arrival of guests.
  • Assist with laundry duties and general cleaning around common areas within the hotel
  • Good communication skills are important for maintaining customer service consistency.
  • You must be able to adapt to an ever-changing environment, so flexibility with the ability to Jump in and assist the hotel operation is essential to this role.
  • Requires a candidate that can work over a 7-day roster and is reliable, flexible and team orientated.
* Front of House Staff | 3 Roles available | $27.10 per hour

1) Part time min of 20 hours per week, working Mon – Sun roster, Immediate start

2) Part time min of 20 hours per week, working Mon – Sun roster,
commencing mid-October

3) Minimum of 30 hours a week, versatile with shifts, i.e. morning or evening shift, role to commence mid-November.

We are looking for FOH staff experienced in busy restaurant / bar operations that can keep calm under pressure. You must be able to adapt to an ever changing environment. Ideally you will have at least two years experience in a fast paced environment, and understand what the term "Hospitality" means (they pride themselves on their service standards).

You will be working  a mixture of shifts, liaising directly with the Duty Manager to ensure a smooth service. Previous experience in a busy environment, and the ability to self manage is a must.
